Dimmitt High School summer strength and conditioning workout program will start Monday June 22nd. Girls workouts will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, Monday through Thursday. Junior and Senior boys workouts will be from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. Sophomore and Freshmen boys workouts will be from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. The boys will enter through the double gates between the field house and the activity center. If you have any questions please contact your coaches.
